I’ve been fascinated by people and business for as long as I can remember. I left school at 15 and stepped straight into the working world, a decision that set me off on a wonderfully varied and often unconventional career. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve been a founder and a CEO three times over, and I’ve had the privilege of learning alongside some exceptional minds across media, e-commerce, retail, technology, investment, and people development.
Those experiences didn’t just shape my CV, they shaped how I work with people.
Today, I choose to spend my time taking that hard-earned wisdom, my personal learnings, and my deep love of supporting others, and using it to help leaders and businesses grow, with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
My style is high-energy, deeply empathetic, and refreshingly honest. I combine human insight with strong commercial acumen, which means I’m not just a sounding board, I’m a trusted, safe advisor who is firmly on your side. I ask the questions that matter, I say the things that need to be said, and I help you move forward feeling clearer and more capable.
Because of my background, I can flex easily between executive coaching, mentoring, and practical business advice. It’s always grounded in real-world experience, not theory.
