We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, for example where a session is not available or where payment has not been received.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our general approach to cancellations and rescheduling is as follows, though this may vary depending on the specific Service or package booked:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice (e.g. at least 24-48 hours before a scheduled session) may be accommodated without charge

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or forfeit any prepaid fees, at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer an alternative time or, where appropriate, a refund

Specific cancellation terms for a particular programme or package will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the Service purchased and will be communicated at the point of sale. Where required by law, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may be entitled to a cooling-off period for certain types of purchases made online. 10. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our Services, you agree to:

  • Engage honestly and openly in sessions

  • Take responsibility for decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching or advisory sessions

  • Inform us of any relevant health, wellbeing, or other considerations that may affect your participation

Coaching and advisory outcomes depend significantly on your own engagement and effort, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ella Damato Coaching & Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or participation in our Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Our total liability to you in connection with any Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that Service.
