Ella d'Amato Coaching & Advisory

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of coaching and advisory services by Ella d'Amato Coaching & Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any individual or organisation engaging our services (“Client”, “you”).
By booking or participating in coaching or advisory services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Ella d'Amato Coaching & Advisory provides executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic advisory services.
Services may include:

• One-to-one executive coaching

• Leadership coaching

• Strategic advisory discussions

• Professional development support

• Reflective exercises and leadership frameworks

Coaching is a collaborative professional development process. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, or medical advice.

3. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that coaching outcomes depend on their participation and commitment.
Clients agree to:

• Attend sessions on time

• Engage openly in the coaching process

• Take responsibility for decisions and actions taken following coaching discussions

All decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the Client.

4. Session Delivery
Coaching sessions may be delivered:

• Online via video conferencing

• By telephone

• In person where agreed

Session frequency and duration will be agreed at the beginning of the coaching engagement.

5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be communicated before the engagement begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment for coaching packages is required before the first session

• Invoices are payable within 14 days

• Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid

Corporate clients may be invoiced according to agreed contractual terms.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative time offered.

7. Confidentiality
All coaching discussions are confidential.
Confidentiality may only be broken where:

• Disclosure is required by law

• There is a risk of harm to the Client or others

Where coaching is sponsored by an organisation, session content will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and tools provided by Ella d'Amato Coaching & Advisory remain the intellectual property of the business.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Coaching services support reflection and development but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Ella d'Amato Coaching & Advisory will not be liable for:

• Decisions made by clients

• Business outcomes resulting from coaching

• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
