I trained as an executive coach because I wanted to understand, deeply, how to bring out people’s potential in a way that genuinely lasts.
For over 13 years, I worked with an exceptional coach, Fiona Parashar, whose guidance, encouragement and challenge helped shape my leadership style and supported me through some of the toughest chapters of my career. That experience didn’t just change how I led, it inspired me to become a
coach myself.
Alongside my coaching training, I bring over 20 years of real-world leadership experience. I’ve been a C-suite leader and a three-time CEO, leading through growth, crisis, and transformation. I’ve held responsibility across Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations, and worked within
media, e-commerce, retail, and venture and private-equity-backed businesses.
This means my coaching is grounded in reality, not theory.
As an Executive Coach, I work with senior leaders to help them grow, evolve, and lead with clarity and confidence. My approach blends strong commercial acumen with deep human insight. I support clients through challenges such as stepping into bigger roles, navigating complexity and uncertainty, leading high-performing teams and staying anchored to their values as the pressure increases.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting female leaders to strengthen their confidence, presence and authenticity, without feeling they need to become someone they’re not. My aim is always to leave leaders with tools and perspectives they’ll draw on for the rest of their careers.
I’ve coached CEOs, Managing Directors, CMOs, CCOs, CPOs, CTOs, COOs (yes - all the Cs), as well as SVPs and Heads of Function. Because of my breadth of experience, I often blend pure coaching with mentoring, when it’s helpful, offering perspective, challenge and practical insight in service of my clients’ goals.

The CEO coaching programme is a unique blend of leadership coaching and business challenge. I am able to approach the coaching with high empathy whilst also ensure the commercial realities are front and centre. I act as a trusted safe partner for you to be able share, brainstorm, plan and grow. Often starting with a vision session we lay out the CEO you are today, the one you want to become and the behaviours and actions needed to grow and achieve your vision. The programme then maps the progress, identifies the barriers and is a powerful way of keeping you accountable for your growth and ambition.
